We have four studios available for hire on an hourly basis.
These spaces are flexible and can be used for creative, corporate events, meetings, film. screenings or social gatherings.

STUDIO 1
Studio 1 is our largest space and measures1230 x 5600mm.
It has good natural light with a mix of windows to the main road and two long skylights.
This studio can comfortably
accommodate 14 artists at easels or
tables. Larger groups can use this room dependent on requirements..
Hourly rate: $60+GST
STUDIO 2
Studio 2 is a large studio with 4 skylights giving great natural, overhead light.
There are 4, moveable partitions that break up the room into manageable sections.
This studio measures 9150 x 5400mm
This studio can comfortably
accommodate 12 artists at easels or
tables. Larger groups can use this room dependent on requirements.
Hourly rate: $50+GST
STUDIO 3
Studio 3 has good natural light, with south-easterly facing windows along the entire length of one wall. There is a printing press located in one corner of this room which is unable to be moved.
This studio measures 6680 x 6200mm
This studio can comfortably
accommodate 10 artists at easels or
tables. Larger groups can use this room dependent on requirements.
Hourly rate: $40+GST
STUDIO 4
This is the smaller of our studios. It has two long skylights for natural light and one partition wall.
This studio measures 4200 x 6100mm
This studio can comfortably
accommodate 6 artists at easels or
tables. Larger groups can use this room dependent on requirements.
Hourly rate: $30+GST
BSA Members rate: $10hr inc.GST per person - Maximum of 6
